Default Westfields, anyone in the know? Prices and spec.

Right after much thinking i eventually bought the missus a new x5 and i was planning on getting a new toy for me. I couldnt bring myself to buy another expensive car, especiallly since its only for sunny day messing around, so i came up with this idea?

Its a 1500mile Westfield with a vx220 engine. 200bhp apparently. 1 owner from new, looks like it is in very very good condition from the pics. Its pretty much as far away from me as you can get so i will need to fly down to view it and decide if i am going to do this or not but i am wondering about the price, how much do you lot think its worth?

i look at westies every now and again lol

seems like a good spec etc, but there must be a reason why it hasnt sold....

Tell us how much it is, my friend sold his westy to buy an Elise last year, not the same spec as that, his was a 1.6 zetec on an 07 plate. He struggled to get 9.5k for it.

You need to be very careful buying a kit car, whilst someone has done all the hard work you also inherit a lot of their bodges, so pick carefully

No-ones gonna pay high money for a car built by joe bloggs.
If you do consider this one, think about budgeting for a cage and some much smaller wheels.
