I am sorry for the delay in you getting back the monitor.

Just to explain, I do not directly manage the monitor side of the business.
(I do ecu's)

Every time you send me a message, I pass it on but obviously this
has been ignored.
I will kick the person who is resonsible and make sure you get it back by the weekend.

As above (Tiff's Post), I think we're all sick of this as of a long time ago and it has already been stated that Mike Rainbird is sorting out all Secs related probs at the mo so people should drop him a PM with their issues and stop going off on one on this board about it!

Being frustrated is understandable, but venting it in public just isn't the way with this.

 

 

I was unaware that this had not been sent, I have emailed the link to Simon with a request for an explanation.

need to "UNREPAIR" because ......

A) You have NOT paid me for the repair yet.
B) You have insulted me on another thread beyond what was nescesary.
C) You have done B again here..

Perhaps, I will send it to Gadget unrepaired and let him decide what to do.

why unrepair it as the guy is obviously pissed at waiting for it for a long time. Surely if you have repaired it would be beneficial for both sides not to mention less time consuming to send it out and let the matter be dealt with.
