Default Is there any way to check if a ford part is still available?

As above.. I'm wondering if the heater resistor is still available for a saph with aircon....

Sounds bull shit, we never have to do that, They can use rapid and search there, or whit edix for dealer search

That sounds like a bit of a con! £70 for a resistor. If you could post up some pics I will probably be able to help find an equivalent!
