Any reason your going for a full-on weld in cage?? Would a bolt on not be more suitable?

want it to go through the bulkhead, as i dont want to run a strut brace, i want to have a "V" shape from the strut to centre of bulk head to strut then both to cage

Or i was going to have a custom made up brace the same and just bolt it, and have a cage similar to yours

John Laverick what is the part number for yours cage, as your has the cross bar not just a diagonal, i cant seem to find this when looking

Thanks Radders

radders the only possable difference is where the dash and door cards are, remember the mk3 door cards are flat and the dash dont stick out as far

apart from that there the same cars

The bulk head is not the strongest of places to brace from unless it itself is strengthened.
