Fitting frst rear arb bushes

Default Fitting frst rear arb bushes
Just got my rear beam an arb an brackets back from the powder coaters iv got some new power flex arb bushes to fit but I'm having probs pushing them in the brackets is their an easy way to fit them or do u have to bend open the brackets ??

i never had a problem with my xr2is bushes, maybe its the powdercoating? reduced the gap slightly?
