Default Can anyone identify these?

Took wheels off track car and found these on the front, Eibach springs but no other markings

im no expert and might be a thick thing to say but isnt that 2 different springs with gaffer tape holding them together ? should it be like that like i said im no expert

i think one is a helper spring. probably wrong though

yes one spring is a light spring to take up the distance between platforms as the main spring is much shorter, should the car get to full droop this just keeps everything in place.
Not worried about the springs, just trying to identify the unit which I think are German
