fuel pipe problems

Default fuel pipe problems

hi. im having issues with fuel pipes ripping open. at first it was because i didnt buy injection pipe so i got some fuel injected pipe from halfords but this has happened.

its bulged and ripped















is it because the pipe is rubbish??

would sytec hose be better or any other suggestions and help please cos its driving me mad.

really would appreciate advice if you have had this problem or could suggest the best pipe for the job Please.

somebody must have had this issue before me im sure??

There is a HUGE difference between fuel injection hose...and hose suitable for being submerged in fuel, which you didnt mention is what you need.

Speak to Sytec and order some hose that is suitable for being submerged in fuel. I doubt any local shops will sell it, as it isnt something that's used very often.

ah ok thanks for advice. yes it is in the tank but didnt relise it would cause a problem. just assumed as fuel runs through it then it could cope with fuel on outside.
