There is a HUGE difference between fuel injection hose...and hose suitable for being submerged in fuel, which you didnt mention is what you need.

Speak to Sytec and order some hose that is suitable for being submerged in fuel. I doubt any local shops will sell it, as it isnt something that's used very often.
