Default Car stealer help/advice

Hi all I am after a little direction on a situation I have.
My misus bought a brand new corsa ltd last month. When we went to collect I noticed a 4 inch scratch down the n/s wing, informed the sales nd they were very apologetic etc, as it was 5pm we took the car and had to return later in the week to have it sorted..

The misus has been back bearing in mind it's an hour round trip and she was there nearly 2 hrs they washed the car and apparently mopped out the scratch. Now tbh she is pretty useless and just came home after. I have looked and its still there, I contacted the dealer and told them I'm not happy and wanted it sorted, they said bring it back..
I told them they can collect it as its hassle for us to get over there in the certain times that the valeter works!
This was over a week ago and I have heard no more,,

What choices do I have?? As I'm not very clued up on this kind of thing..
Thanks
Ash

I would go above the dealership mate, call customer complaints and see if they can kick them up the arse.
