Default Are HIC Insurance cheap when quoting for modified cars?

Had some work done on the Evo, including an Apexi ecu.
Most Insurance companies will cover air filter and exhaust mods but when you start mentioning ECU changes they start talking big numbers or just wont cover.
Anyone here got there car covered with them "all mods declared " ,Are they any good?
Before anyone asks I tried ringing them, but they close at 2pm saturdays
DOH

I have my S2 insured with them. Their customer relations sucks to be honest. On hold for well over 1/2hr normally before actually speaking to someone. But they did give me a very good quote & agreed value with everything declared, including discount for a second car ( at the time).

On the S1, they couldn't match it, so covered via Fluxxy on that, again agreed value (everything declared). Got better quote & it doesn't take long to get to an advisor. Vectra also covered with flux.
