Default Focus ST oil filter housing

How hard is it to change the oil filter housing on a 06 plate focus ST? Mates has gone and he wants me to replace it. I know the bits are about £200. but i need to know hard they are to change?

Remove air box and ecu housing then remove the under tray then remove the connector plug and pipes from the housing then remove the 4 bolts that holds the housing on the block , then put the new seals on the housing and refit

Jay can you get the seals on their own? I thought you just had to buy the whole housing and replace the hose at the same time as listed here:

Seals should come with it bud and yes the pipe does become brital so you do have to be careful with it but if it's a job that needs doing ASAP then order the pipe up just incase

Done this today for my mate. Can say from the advice given that it was easy. Only advice ill add on top is to remove the 4 bolts that support the rad to make the airbox easy to get out other than that took me just over an hour.

Very painfull unless you do as above and remove the radiator cradle to lower the rad and fan housing, plus Graham's parts were from Volvo iirc so maybe not RS tax added !!
