On the transit, there was a different front pulley for the SMF conversions, both SMF and DMF pulleys were dampened, but different (probably due to different crank harmonics)

not wanting to put a downer on things but in 15 years of being a mechanic i have never had to draw a box on with bolts i would say something is wrong there spring loaded csc or not mate, i always fit a box, get two bolts in then bleed the clutch and get a decent pedal before continuing with the job the amount of csc ive had fail on the first press of the pedal is unbelievable!

I couldnt tell you cause i dont know what they adjust.we just got told that any solid fly wheel conversion we do has to go to the main dealer to get the ecu remapped/reprogramed.

Its up and running now. No leaks so far.
The car was running great. I gave it a bootfull on the way home and it runs really well.
Very smooth pick up.
