Default Reyland, Mr Hadland

Folks,

Anyone been in touch with Reyland - Martin Hadland recently, either personally-Email or Pm?

Ive had no joy after E-mails aswell as an initial phone call or even Pm on here, this is over a period of say 6 weeks now.

I would hate to think i was being avoided!!!

I do understand people can be busy but over this time period i think its piss poor and im rather fooked off.

So Martin can i please have some responce

Thanks Robert

Thanks Rich, yes i did initially speak to him on the workshop phone on the thursday around a month ago as i didnt get any response from my first mail 2 weeks prior, he said he would get a reply to me that Sat, to date nothing and ive sent more Emails and Pm's on here as he has been active, again nothing!

Im flat out busy as are most folk but i find time to reply to people, i hate pestering people via the phone if it can be delt with via Mail, also im constantly on nightshift.

You're not being avoided Robert!

Over Xmas I was quite Ill and lost two weeks so my problem is that work has built up and so have emails... I don't know about you but I can't work out prices for you and map cars or build engines or program cnc machines at the same time I'm hoping to be all sorted back to normal by the end of the month.

I will drop you an email later today or tomorrow

Only takes a min to reply, it's common courtesy.

Funny how a post like this got a response.

As above the vast majority in this trade use the same excuses everytime.

i'm sure he has more than 1 email to answer, that minute to reply soon adds up.... team that up with the phone ringing, people turning up at the garage, and so on.

i'm sure if he was working on your car you'd be quite happy with him downing tools to go reply to every email that comes in

its hardly surprising these places spend more time working on cars than they do answering emails.

Thanks Martin.

Really thats all it needed rather than nothing at all, as i stated i realize folk can get busy but how long did it take to type that thread post in all fairness.
