Mk2 focus rs running problem

Hi I'm new but I have a focus rs mk2 and I'm having running problems it's popping and banging when coming on to high boost only mods I've done is k&n pace intercooler samco forge actuator and turbo...

 

Has the map been altered to suit the actuator and turbo?

 

I've only changed the turbo actuator and recirculating valve to forge ones not had it mapped yet

 

Boost cut limit being hit my guess

 

But if I blank off the dv it runs fine

 

Maybe the valve is leaking !

Na I dont think its leaking I'm on my third one now cozi was thinking the same do you think it could be cos I got a recirculate valve on the turbo and a dv valve

 

You've got what? Essentially you've got 2 dump valves then.. Just one shoves all the noise and air back into the system.
It'll be a Problem with how it's all fitted.

 

Yer there's one in the turbo on the mk2 rs and I got one with the samco kit I put on so I fult that's what they run so should I take that one off and just run the one in the turbo

 

It isn't running right because of your atmospheric DV fitted on your Samco kit, you are messing the fuelling up with it. Keep to your forge recirc and bin the other one.
