I've used this company twice now and been more than happy both times,

http://www.wheelcourier.com/

I seem to remember their pricing being very competitive too.

I've found Paisley freight good for wheel couriers. I've used them recently and would recommend them.

It's always reassuring when they have a section of there web site advertising as an alloy wheel courier.

I've used Paisley twice (once for a set of wheels w/tyres, and once for a set of tyres only). The first time (wheels w/tyres) they, allegedly, didn't collect on the date they were supposed to - they were supposed to collect from the seller on the Tuesday and deliver on the Wednesday, but they didn't collect on the Tuesday, and finally collected on Wednesday, delivering on Thursday, while I was out I say "allegedly" as I wasn't the one that arranged the collection, so there's always the possibility that the seller cocked it up.

Other than that, they've been fine. They've always delivered next day, and delivery, at least down my end, has been handled by TNT, who've also been great when it came to redelivery of the wheels since I wasn't in the first time. I rang them to arrange a collection, and they suggested a free re-delivery on a date I choose, and held onto them till the following Tuesday, and then redelivered to me, FOC. Even rang me up to remind me I had a redelivery booked

paisley freight again from me, they did service on 16" rims with tyres for less than £30, did what they said they would in terms of time scales.
they have just collected a frs gearbox from me today, arrived on the day of collection at a reasonable time and no problems so far.
i'm booking them for delivering a bonnet next week as i read th packaging requirements and realised i hadn't done enough for them to accept liability.

One set with tyres just in black bin bags then taped two wheels together. The other set didn't have tyres fitted so I taped cardboard that was larger than the wheel diameter over both faces, then into taped up bin bags.

Good luck

Rob
