I've used Paisley twice (once for a set of wheels w/tyres, and once for a set of tyres only). The first time (wheels w/tyres) they, allegedly, didn't collect on the date they were supposed to - they were supposed to collect from the seller on the Tuesday and deliver on the Wednesday, but they didn't collect on the Tuesday, and finally collected on Wednesday, delivering on Thursday, while I was out I say "allegedly" as I wasn't the one that arranged the collection, so there's always the possibility that the seller cocked it up.

Other than that, they've been fine. They've always delivered next day, and delivery, at least down my end, has been handled by TNT, who've also been great when it came to redelivery of the wheels since I wasn't in the first time. I rang them to arrange a collection, and they suggested a free re-delivery on a date I choose, and held onto them till the following Tuesday, and then redelivered to me, FOC. Even rang me up to remind me I had a redelivery booked
