has anyone got a haynes manual handy that they could scan in and post up on here the pages with the torque settings on for me

the engine i have is a silver top Zetec-E from a 1998 mondeo

havent got a haynes handy and would like to build it up today if poss.

do you mean the duratec one mate?

think mine is a 94 2.0l

anyway, head bolts are 45n/m then angle tighten 105 degrees.

con rod bolts are 18n/m (i think ) and angle tighten 90 degrees

cam bearing cap bolts are 19n/m

cant quite remember big ends, think its 45n/m

waterpump 10n/m

oil pump 10n/m

HTH but prolly not lol

crankpin (bigend) bearing cap bolts
stage 1 18n/m 13lbf/ft
stage 2 angle tighten 90 degrees

oil spray jets 10n/m 7lbf/ft


cylinderhead bolts
stage 1 25n/m 18lbf/ft
stage 2 45n/m 33lbf/ft
stage 3 angle tighten 105 degrees

cam bearing cap bolts
stage 1 10n/m 7lbf/ft
stage 2 19n/m 14lbf/ft

camshaft sproket bolts 68n/m 50lbf/ft

cam cover bolts
stage 1 2n/m 1.5lbf/ft
stage 2 7n/m 5lbf/ft

timing belt tensioner bolt 38n/m 28lbf/ft

timing belt guide pulley bolts 38n/m 28lbf/ft

oil pump to block 10n/m 7lbf/ft

sump bolts 21n/m 15lbf/ft

flywheel bolts 110n/m 81lbf/ft

crankshaft left hand oil seal carrier plate 22n/m 16lbf/ft
