HTH - when do you need deposits? Maybe a list of buyers should be started?

This is the diff we will need the adaptors for.
Where are you based? These things weigh circa 40kg's and so not cheap to ship about the country lol. If ya circa 20 miles away from me I will be happy to drop mine off for you.

The bottom pic is the mk2 turbo diff which I'm using, it's the same as a mk3 twin turbo. Has 2 sets of holes as in America they have merkur which use 100mm pcd driveshafts unless they ship out 108mm cosworth driveshafts from the uk. I'd imagine most over here would want 108mm pcd holes.

It's not just output its the input that's different too for the prop to hook up.
Adaptors need to be a 3 piece kit.

True but iv already sorted this by cutting the end off a cosworth prop and have had the supra end welded on and balanced.

Cool, defo interested.
As mention above regarding a prop to flange adaptor, could you make these in different sizes as i've had my prop shortened and i need a spacer anyway as they have shortened it by 10mm to much :-(

Great stuff Mark, but me down for a full set then. I can get the MK3 Supra diffs for like £100 delivered, and they're the correct 3.73.1 ratio.

So if the flanges are made up by Mark what is the deal with the rest of the kit, how is interested in getting plates produced as it's pointless getting half the kit then not being able to mount it up.

Are the auto's the same ratio as the manuals btw? And are the auto's and manuals the same in terms of strength?

Now that's interesting, i'm going to look into sourcing another diff.
How does this diff mount or is the kit inclusive?

Much better than rip off prices....finally, a cheap Cosworth mod that can easily be the best, been waiting a while to see something like that!

Do you want my diff Mark? I can courier it to you.
The diff in your pic is the mk4. Mine is the mk3 - the one everyone is buying.
I don't know about the mk4 except its bloody expensive.

It would be a solid mount for me mate, if you look at the pic of my car underneath, not much room for anything too wide due to spare wheel well being close against the mount. So just standard diff mount width, but length is fine
I'll ring you about my diff being sent

Dont wanna sound thick (

sorry if this is a obvious question
