When I did my manifold it's not exactly what you'd call quick as it gets very hot and you can't hold on to it even when wearing big thick leather gloves.
Had to let mine cool down 3 seperate times before it was finished.
But was perfect once it was done.

i have a linisher , you need to hold the flange flat on the table and the 6 cylinder manifold looks longer than the one that was posted on the other page.

well ive just got back, the machinist wasnt there but john is sure he will do it, he said he will set it up and laser it and tell me exactly how much will need to come of to get it square, ive marked it where its still square as a reference point for him.
just gotta wait and see now what he says next week. hes a proper old school machineist though if anyone can do it he will be able to.
hopefully my lost boost will return aswell once this is sorted.
