i run Gaz coilovers... cant fault em.
make sure you specify the spring rates tho... mine came with springs that were too stiff, now i got nice comfy "road" springs and the car's much better

well lets just say that when mine are on full stiff you might aswell nt have suspension, just join the hub str8 to the shell with a steel bar, theyre THAt stiff you sure yours arent TOO stiff? thats why the cars bounding about :P
might be a bit better if you unstriffen them somewhat...
also i runa sensible rideheight on mine

It's all down to the spring rates being correctly matched front and rear .
Nige,
325lb sounds spot on for the front . I think you will find that it is because your rears are too hard .
Before you start ordering springs, why not try adjusting the bounciness out with the damping . However, you WON'T be able to do this if the rear springs are too hard, as it is the front to rear mismatch causing problems .
What are they rated at? Anything over 200lb on the rear is TOO hard....

Yea mike i have 225lb on the rear and 325lb on thr front.Strait from cossy mad so glen u defo have the wrong setup if u got 225 on the front lol .So is full stiffniss ok on the front??Should i softern up the rears or stiffen them??

Nige,
Put the rears on full SOFT and the fronts on a mid-setting and see how that is. However, I you need CONSIDERABLY softer rear springs to get the front to rear match right.
When you have set it to the above settings, if it is still not right experiment up or down 4 clicks at a time and then when you have got something almost right, then adjust one or two clicks at a time until it is perfect.
You should never need to run the damping at it's highest setting on the road, no wonder it is bouncing all over the place .
