Looking for a daily, but stuck on what to go for, been driving around in a 118d f/l for the past two year while i bought and renovated my house. Now all thats sorted i want something a little more fun. Only do about 20 miles a day to work and back so mpg isnt a real issue but insurance is as im only 24 and still getting big qoutes on sti's ect.. Looking to spend arounf 8 to 9k ideas? ...

i use my FRS as a daily and aside from the fact its a little heavy on fuel around town i can fault it

Have you considered a wrx rather than sti, they are good daily drivers and superb in the winter.

when do you turn 25? might be worth holding out until then if not far off mate, premiums should come down and see you in a position to look at more exciting motors.

I got a nice e46 m3 for sale soon i think! bit more than 9k tho try keith michaels or sky insurance, i had a 400bhp P1 when i was 24 for £1100 fully comp! now i pay £650 a year for the M3.

Do fancy an m3, I'll have to shop about and see what I can get it down to. 25 in march so not to long to wait. Had an r53 jcw so done the mini thing now, was a great car but just fancy something different!
