im building my zt up and having a few vauxhalls before they recommend fitted the xe inlet cam to the let engine,

now i know the zetec cams are pretty good standard ie lift wise but what about reducing the lift on the exhaust to get the exhaust valves opening a little later on power stroke,

the pulley's aren't locked tot he cams so you can vary the overlap and timing on the inlet and exhaust cams separately any how.
depends on engine type, but you can use an inlet on both sides, just need to make the timing right to run smoothly.

yes ive timed it all up today first time on a zetec and how easy are they lol,
yes ive realised the pulleys are full floating assemblies so now looking at that you can adjust to gain slightly

There are plenty of cams in the zetec range to choose from! I think alot of people go for the 1.8 105bhp exhaust cam, but not sure as its been a while since i looked into cams. might be worth using the search function to see what you can dig up!
