Default Cosworth smoking

Hi everyone,
Why is my cosworth smoking?
It has always smoked a bit but I have just rebuilt it and if anything it seems worse!

Just built a new engine after cracking a bore...
New gaskets
New turbo
New valve stem oil seals
new bearings

Running the pistons that come with the block - was told it only done around 10k since a rebuild including pistons and rings (looked pretty new)

Now from reading older posts most people say
Turbo
Stem seals
Rings
Breather system

I did check that breather system whilst I had the engine out and was good. However I don't know if it's good enough?
Running stage 4 (greys, t38)
Do I need a catch tank type breather? I just have the little pot type that mounts on the bulk head!

I only notice the smoke when I come to a stand still after being on boost.
It doesn't smoke on start up or idle

Any help would be much appreciated

Cheers
Danny

i run 10w - 60 fully synthetic in the escort, no smoke at all, only the grey smoke on idle in the morning until its warmed up, dont know what to suggest other than head gasket being pushed away from the block on high boost, letting coolant into the bores, then when off boost it closes the gap and idles normally?

probably not the case though, is it running high boost ?

over fuelling possibly?
if it's always done it and the map hasn't been looked at, that could be a reason.

Defiantly burning oil (keep having to top it up - no leaks)
