As title how easy or hard are they to fit? And when fitted how does it work exactly?

Don't know on fitting but the aftermarket ones I have seen you still need to put the key in and turn the ignition on. A bit pointless IMO.

You'll need the keyless entry system, electronic steering lock, switch and associated wiring etc, probably a new or reprogrammed GEM etc etc etc.
