Yes stu you can, it was only the holding company that went bust.

Dyno dynamics are still very much trading and in fact still developing new products as well.

If you search you will find a thread on here from me asking the same question, and I have spoke to them since then.

I think Chip asked something similar on here recently, can't remember the outcome though. I think the main guy there left and started his own place (there was a link in the thread)

In my professional opinion that sounds like a problem that lies somewhere between your keyboard and your chair

Give Mike Gurney a shout as he was working on something that would rival DD's equipment. Can sort you a number if you need it.

Good plan Stu Noise can be an issue with neighbours, lucky for me I'm ok on that front. Mines all paid for on Thursday, good feeling that.

The only problem I see is the long term future of owning one with the financial problem they have had,
I would be looking poss at a superflow if I needed to buy one today, Luckly for me I have very good access to a DD Dyno so no need to buy one for me.

I think mike guerny can still help you out maintenance wise with the dd and yes the superflow looks an awesome bit of kit!!

As you say though if you can use someone elses when needed then no need to go buy a massive expensive bit of kit..

Are you refering to that with regards to the future supply of parts and maintenance? If so I don't see it as an issue, they're quite simple when it comes down to it, we had a strap pull into the rear retarder breaking all the bearings, damaging a bearing flange and pulling everything out of line. I didnt need to buy any parts off DD, bought the original bearings and carriers (same make and spec) from a bearing supplier, had a new flange made locally and had the retarder balanced by our balancers and then built it all back up myself. Mike G has a wealth of knowledge and is always on hand if needed.

stu did you see my question on your other thread about your new RR?

how much will it cost to have a car that has 1 of your chips already fitted, setup on the rollers, basically just a health check and to make sure the chips ok, and if not adjust it accordingly, but not a full live map?
