Im not asking how much it would be because obviously it depends on a lot of things but I would love a turbo if i could insure one. My cougar is around 800 a year, am i looking at alot more than that? If i could get one i wouldnt even tell the mrs, id just get it before she could moan

if you want a cheap to insure turbo, go for something with a family type image, saab, volvo's and so on, my volvo T5 wasn't too bad, 220+ bhp as standard

Just done compare the market. cheapest was a grand. Not too bad really i suppose. Might look at getting one next year

I love Escort turbos though. Ive always wanted one since i was a teenager, just something about them.

I used to a Rover 620ti and it was cheaper to insure than a na 2.0 primera gx.

Yep, a T34 might cost less than a T4, deffo less than a GT35.

You need to try a classic car policy, escort rs turbo's come under this due to age. Iirc it will need to have limited mileage of under 5k a year, but get this can be extended I should think and will there will need to be another car insured within the household.

I was paying £185 a year for mine with Paul B at need2insure.

well worth a try.

i insure my cab with all mods declared for £112 a year but as said thats limited milage
