Default Parcels2Go.com..........

Anyone else think they are a waste of space

Booked a collection today for a turbo to be sent and waited in from 9.30 till 5.30 and they dont turn up, Ring up to kick off and the automated fucking service just tells me they will reply via email to my report of non collection

Now im gonna look the twat for giving a date of return and it not happening and not being able to give a date as it depends when i get an email back from these tossers with a new collection date

Anyone else had probs as i was led to believe they were reliable

ive never had a problem with em and there prices are fooking excelent tbh too

ive used em a good few times, i even arranged collection from other peoples houses when ive won stuff on ebay and the price they charge is 8.99 too

never need to leave the house and they drop it off to me or collect em from me

top fooking company, sorry you have had a bad experience though

ive had other more expensive couriers be totally hopeless and where io live most want me to drive to the depot and drop the item off to em

oh and the best quote i ever recived from the post office

1st class aint garanteed, it meanss it gets there if it gets there, special delivery will defo get there

fook sending anything second class , must be gets there if its not even worth nicking or too heavy to lob in the local wheelie bin

I used them once - never again. Paid money for next day delivery to send some car audio equipment up to Scotland from Surrey, it ended up at 2 different depots before arriving at its destination nearly 2 weeks later. Rung up for compensation and was told that there was nothing they could do due to some small print or some other crap. Waste of time and money IMO.
