We all know that when you turn 25 insurance goes down so my question is, I have just turned 25 half way through my insurance policy so will my insurance go down or does it come into effect on my next policy. Thanks in advance for any answers.

It used to be the case that you got a significant drop post 25, however due to the massive rip off with insurance for under 25's, people just dont have performance cars until they are older so have a hickup when they are older now.

Hence not so much a discount anymore.

Thing is, while they continue to persecute younger drivers with daft premiums it will get worse. People already grow up later these days anyway.

When i got past 25 the insurers were saying that 30 was the new big drop point, that never happened when i got 30....

knowing my luck the rip off insurance will follow me up the age group as i get older.

Insurance only keeps going up we have to have it do they pretty much have a licence to print money.

Seems to come down alot when you get to 21 from what i have seen..

It seams to cost more every year never mind come down they blame premiums etc all the time
