395ps as standard so I assume the inevitable Mountune upgrade is going to be somewhere in the region of 430-440bhp...... through the front wheels?! With a comprehensive warranty?? Hmmm, I can't see it myself.

I'd imagine the mk3 RS to be completely different to the mk2 as in virtually everything apart from it remaining FWD

I think the mk3 is such a nice car I can't wait to see what it looks like but I'd imagine it to be later than 2013 as they want to sell a shed load of st first

I have heard that all mk3s will be 5 doors from now on.
I can stand the front of them, the st just looks stupid with that big open mouth bumper. Looks like a bloody basking shark.

They don't make a 3dr focus anymore? So if there is a new rs it will be 5dr.

It'll also be 2ltr turbo like the new st, so should feel nice and punchy lol..if it happens!

Not a fan of it myself such an ugly car, prefer the MK2 facelift, but what i dont get is why Ford can't seem to understand that 350bhp is better through 4 wheels than 2! Christ it would even be better if it was RWD!

The MK3 FRS has always been planned for 2013, as said the prices will drop on the MK2's when it comes along.

Not sure about that video though, it has a horrible grille like a Peugeot.

Glenn and others keep up people, the MK3 ST has been out since the beginning of this year lol, 5 door only though and like the MK3 FRS will be is powered by Fords 2L Ecoboost, the lovely Volvo engine has gone , for that reason alone i'm out.

Looks like a photoshop job of the ST mk3 with RS mk2 features. Even the rear defuser and pipes look shopped from the Mk2RS.

And those rear lights look like they have been taken out of Kia's parts bin.

They don't, the fact is it dosen't need to be 4x4, it can put its power down well, the 4x4 system like what the Kuga uses considered, but Ford never done so as it would have increased the price further, on what is already an expensive car!

Yeah fair enough it would cost more to make so the price would go up, but im sure a lot more people would be happy to pay extra for a 4WD version of it, instead of FWD.

In this economy people dont want to spend money never mind extra money. Theres not any issues with it being fwd once of the line its awesome.

The fact that the Mitsubishi evo and the Subaru wrx barely sell into the hundreds of units per year proves beyond doubt nobody wants a non premium brand £30k plus shopping hatch

The whole point of the Rs is that's it's affordable and something within reach of the ordinary guy, not a chance over £30k I'd buy a second hand 911 at that price and lose a lot less money!
