And you really think I care what some 'bad ass doorman'(that gets me everytime ) on a forum thinks? Just carry on with your 'highly skilled' job, and swearing at people on here that disagree with you, hope it makes you feel nice and big. And I'll keep posting 'utter shite' so people like you that can't realise what's tongue in cheek/trollin' can carry on biting.
And not sure what 'go join the emo site' has to do with anything, given I have never said anything 'emo' related.

Lol, I've got 2 cars at the moment, the Fiesta is my daily, and my sig as, apparently, this is a Ford site. Also got a drift slag s14a, that's currently being stripped/built into an all out track/drift car, but I guess to you this is a 'womens' car still, but it's so much fun, I don't care.

And from previous experience, some magistrates will give you far more respect if you represent yourself, than using a solicitor.

i was on a dead straight road in dry conditions no one else about on a duel carriage way
the judge said it was not deemed as dangerous wink:
there are so many variables when in court
the slightest little thing can sway it either way so no one even with personal experiences can say what will happen
the op will simply just wait and see

That's not strictly true either. I managed to keep my licence, albeit with 14 points, after pleading hardship with a letter from my employer about my job, that was nearly 12yrs ago though. I wouldn't believe everything you read in the Drivers Survival Guide.

and remember the 3 judges in a magistrates have very little criminal knowledge
its the other person (cant recall what they are called) who sits behind the computer and gives the facts to the judge who is the one to take note from
the 3 judges have templates of what to go by depending on offences
