They will be fine mate just swap them round a lot as the passenger side outer edges wear out fast when you push hard !!!

I use 200/580 Dunlop slicks on 15"x7J rims for track days. Think they cost me Ł140 delivered and only done around 30 laps on a race car

Secondhand slicks are a good call if going on a day that allows it.
No good for a lot of action days and trackdays though where they want to see tread.

What's wrong with your budgets? pmsl
As Chip says, slicks aren't allowed on a lot of trackdays.
Hankook V12 Evos seem pretty highly rated recently as a road legal choice.
Semi slick, I'd go for AD08s but it's all down to personal preference.

there for my mondeo mk2 alloys and there 16" where my pro race are 15" so wouldnt even fit
gusse im looking for semi slicks.
lol my personal preference is buget tyres i go though tyres so quick so i only ever buy the cheapest i can get my hands on but for one set of my wheels even budgets cost Ł105 fitted i got two sets of 15s ,one set of 16s, one set of 17s and one set of 18 wheels which the tyres last me less than 2000 miles and i do 50,000 miles a year.

depends where you want to use the car, are you trailer or driving to the tracks? company called dmack have just released a road legal track tyre, and they make tyres for some of the WRC cars,

Kuhmo's equivalent of 888s

Just realised these cost more than 888s!

just search around for a good second hand set mate, 888, v70, prada,s, cr500, zrr, or get some slicks but check 1st, i can use slicks on a week day event at combe but not allowed on action days, so we got both,
