Just been and had another look and all hoses and wiring seems to be in the correct place.

Problem was, would only start with maf sensor off and would stall when revved.

Please help Passion ford, i'm sitting not knowin what to try next.

I'm wondering if the very small amount of petrol that was in the tank 6 weeks ago could of evaporated, as the head was off and the petrol lines to the engine was off too.

Maybe just clutching at straws...

Ta fellas.

Yeah, try some fresh fuel,I always find it helps but it certainly sounds fuel/airleak related as if it were ignition I'd say it wouldn't even fire.
Sorry I can't be of much more help but it sounds like your on the right path.
Conversely, have you checked that the fuel cut off switch hasn't been inadvertently activated?
It's on the passenger kick plate from memory.
I'm sure you can test for fuel pressure on the injector line via the little tyre style valve,be aware it may squirt out under a fair bit of pressure so take care with your eyes.

Update,

New petrol in tank, but the broblem is is cannot hear the pump pruiming when i turn ignition to posistion 2.

I'm sure iv check the correct relay, r2 and that is fine.
So what else could i check, wires to pump and pump its self?

How to test the pump and where is it?

Ta!
