I think it's quite an involved job but I know a man in Swansea that can do it for a reasonable price but I'll have to check with him how busy he is right now?
Cheers pal.got quoted Ł100 for fitting in gorseinon.if ew can let me know mate that would be great
I have seen a few pics on google of it being done.people locking the cams in place with drill bits and stuff ha ha
And it looks a rite bitch to do aswell.not to sure but i think it's a wing off job to.it's real close to the chassis rail and engine mount.

looks a rite nightmare just looking at it from an angle under the bonnet.im gonna have a lil shop around.the last 20 min of thinking has put me rite off the idea of doing it myself.
Bite his arm off for Ł100.
My advise is to fit a new timing cover when it's done, they are bolted on , but with sealer, and are sometimes bent when trying to remove. If you re-fit an old cover they can leak.
It's normally the hydraulic tensioner that fails, depending on condition it's worth replacing the guides as well.

Check the bottom pulley first, mine went and rattled like fuck!
I did my timing chain and tensioner, I think it cost me around Ł80 in parts from ford. Did it all, still rattled! Swapped the bottom pulley and all was good!

New timing chain, new tensioner and some bottom pulley bolts as I'm told these can only be used a few times.
I can't remember whether I did the oil pump chain or not, same for the sprokets I will have to ask my old man. These parts had about 20% discount on them at the Ł80 too.
IMO I would only fit genuine timing chain and tensioner.
