Default My zetec turbo build

Im in the process of building my zetec turbo. I have a blacktop zetec. Got c20xe forged pistons. Gt28 turbo off a pulsar. Omex management. Mtx75 gearbox with LSD. Going to get catcams and pulleys. Double valve springs, arp bolts. Unsure what exhaust and inlet manifold to use, and what power do you think I will get hoping for 300+

99% of people will tell you to use a FRS inlet.
Not sure on the exhaust manifold, the cast ones are fine to a degree I think.

think they use a different pin size to a normal zetec.

have a set of st170 rods and pistons for sale which will be good for a zetec turbo

for 300bhp you can use most zetec inlets, i went for an alloy HO one, but needed fuel rail mods due to top feed injectors.
as for exhaust manifold, get in touch with gary aka crazycage, he has some decent ones available.
a BAR of boost with a decent setup will see 300bhp, possibly more.
i do recommend steel rods art a minimum though, for the prics no reason not to, but then i'd recommend zetec forged pistons instead.
