Default Zetec turbo engine

Any engines out there? Having a look around or might start from base up I plan to use frs manifolds on crosstie injectors I had it all running on a 1.8zvh setup but plan to go full Zetec turbo now not looking for huge power will settle for around 200 bhp any ideas? I'm on ofab management standard map set-up at 10 psi on a t3 with rebuild and 360 thrust bearings...let me know guys....

if you only looking for 200bhp you don't have to turbo it. (if you want to turbo it you dont even have to change the pistons for that power just use a decop plate)

i'd just use standard internals with a t3 turbo, no need for changing anything apart from uprate the valve springs for that power.
