Default Door foam glue! How to remove?

As title, anyone have any tips on the best thing to remove the nasty sealer/glue that holds the foam behind the doorcards in place?

Would really like to get shot of it all before my shell is painted.

Cheers

That's about where I'd got to but was hoping there was another slightly less labour intensive way! Does nobody do a door foam glue remover yet! Like Mr Muscle oven cleaner... spray on, have a fag then wipe off??!! FFS
