Default 4x4 saph not starting

hi, got a problem, my saph is playing up, got fuel coming to the front, i took a plug out and it was wet. i had the car turned over while i held the plug held on the manifold and there was a spark. but it dosent start, weird. got new leads and new denso plugs. after i turned it over a few times i heard the coil making a few noises then i heard a sparking noise from inside the dizzy. could the coil be up the creek.

Phase sensors tend to go faulty in the dizzy caps. The plastic on rhe wires become brittel and then the wires start to touch each other.

i forgot to say, it has a new phase sensor and a new cranck sensor. ive been told that it could be the starter. the starter has become lazy it sounds like its turning way to slow.

If you just fitted a new phase sensor recheck the gap on both heels and double check crank sensor gap and check timing, also make sure all connections are good, I had similar problem a couple of years ago took ages but ended up being one of the above although as I checked everything not 100% sure which it was but likely to be one of them. Easy to disturb something when changing the phase sensor especially if you had the distributor out. Also are you sure you have the phase and crank sensor connected to correct plugs as also easy to get these mixed up
