yea the 9,s mate, and i think you would struggle to get 350 out of frs mani, get close, aim for 320 with it, turbo wise i would stick with the gt25, but if you wanted to push past 320 then start looking at diff mani and a gt28 or such like,

speak to crazycage on here and get one of his modified sx200 ones, then stick a decent turbo on there, gt28 would be good, although a t34 would do the job.
i have a blacktop zetec turbo setup, forged rods and pistons cr is 8.2:1 IIRC, area six head, cams, springs etc. modified sx200 exhaust manifold, t04b super v trim ball bearing turbo 0.63 housing, good for 450-500 bhp with the right setup.
inlet i used was an rs1800 alloy one, with siemens top feed injectors fittted with modified fuel rail etc.
exhaust is a twin silencer 3" system from turbo back with external wastegate on gizzmo boost controller.
i reckon once i get the clutch sorted i'll be easily pushing 400bhp.
on megasquirt 2 v3.0.

yeah gary, frs ap cover, cossie 6 paddle ap, doesn't like to grip past 17psi, still not bothered to get round to pulling it off, i reckon just the cover is work, paddle and fly were mint.
just "got" a baby, inlets are a no no at the moment.
HO inlets are pretty good so i've heard, lose a little on top end due to bends in the design, but i've yet to get it on rollers due to the afore mentioned clutch problem.

it will be good to see what you could push out of the h.o. mine had other things holding the power back like the turbo running out of puff, but not really seen much higher on that inlet,

congrats mate , interested to see what it does on th HO inlet , one like this will work well on your engine .

when you dyno it you could do a back to back with this .
