anyone know if anyone has ever rwd'd a transit connect, i know they use the same floor pan as a focus mk1, so if it can be done to a focus it can be done to a connect in theory, i have never looked under a connect so don't know if its an idea or not, could be fun though and would be different

I do not think they use the floor pan from any car, its a separate commercial chassis and nowt to do with a Focus according to the guys at my local commercial Ford dealership.

looking at the pics of the cosworth one, it doesn't look as hard to do as a focus car, this has given me something to think about, would have to be a v8 in mine though

i was thinking that, although i will use a mustang axle, but i think a 4 link setup would handle better, i think i'll just get engine and axle, and see what vehicle comes up at the right price, with or without a blown engine, short list is transit conect, focus mk1 rs, or a sierra cosworth 3dr or saphire, the fous rs is top of the list
