Powdercoating in SE london / kent area??
AS title really peeps, does anyone know of any good places in SE london where i could get my 2 strutbraces powder coated for a reasonable amount of money in the sidcupkinda area- i seem to remeber Tony Turbo saying about somewhere, but i can't remeber the place!

The place you need is called Cray Metal Works in Dartford on 01322 290202 and ask for Paul. Myself and TT used these for 99% of our powder coating, after a while i got fed up with the time it was taking them to do simple parts. So i went to this place CassHurst Coatings in Slade Green on 01322 351820, they use the above place for the powder coating but because they are an account holder with them, the parts would be delivered and done in days as appossed to weeks or in some cases months
The time delay is mainly due to me/you being Joe Bloggs and them fitting private work inbetween all the trade stuff.
Its upto you tho, any probs gimme a shout!!

The name and number I have is different to what Paul said. I use Cray Metal Finishers, in Dartford 01322 221 813. I never ring them up though, I just go down there and speak to Keith.
They are quick if I need them to be, depending on what colour runs they are doing. Paul is right though about mainly doing their trade work first. I give you an example. I took a header tank down there one morning, he said it would be ready that afternoon because they were doing alot of that colour. But I have been waiting 3 weeks so far for my wheels because they need a lot of blasting. I also made the mistake of saying "No major rush mate" lol.
If you go there, mention me, they did all my powder coating, and they love me

there is another place in logfield near dartford i use at is down the road from me and becasue there very very good, quick turnaround and high qulaity of finish, cheap also

do they do painting aswell as powder coating? im thinking about getting my cam covers and plenum painted (might powder coat the plenum, but the cam covers NEED paint)

Evening Rolls, there's always R&G finishes at 73 Swaisland Drive in Crayford.
That's pretty close to Sidcup.
When I used them a few years ago they provided an excellent service and were very economical.
Along with sand blasting and etch priming, they used to do stove enameling and I think powder coating; so don't see why they shouldn't still be doing it.
Give them a try on 01322526723.
