Default removing underseal how much rust can be on one car ?

just started stripping back the complete floor on my series 2 as it had a couple of bits needing welded and a passenger outer sill, removing all underseal to paint the floor red, looks better and easier to spot any future corrosion. f*$k me its going to be a long winter needs a lot more welding than i thought i know shes 24 years old and looks really good outside and in but once you start really digging in all the nooks and crannies its a nightmare!

Yeah its crap mate, im rebuilding my capri at the min and there just seems to be never ending rust. The problem is you spend most of your time sorting out other peoples dodgy repairs.
