Clutch bite high & starter nackered?
The other half has been complaining the last few weeks that her clutch bite has gotten really high all of a sudden.
Then this morning the starter packed up on it.
It's a MK6.5 fiesta 1.25 with 50k on it.
I'm starting to think maybe clutch dust has clogged up the starter?
Anyone know if they might be related? want to get it sorted while it's still under warrenty.
Bailes.

If its under warranty then just chuck it back at them! I'd have thought it very unlikely to be clutch dust. Only thing that springs to mind really is a DMF, but I doubt a 1.25 fiesta has a DMF
Oh and the bite point going high suggests a self adjusting pedal isn't working, or the clutch is pretty worn. Or both

Shes had it since last april, came with buckled wheels which the delaer refused to sort. There was issues with the GEM making the hazzards comming on all the time which they charged her for because they couldn't find any issues etc.
Wish she'd ask for a refund but she just wont
