-31 actuator or -34.

Its upto you about water cooling but if the turbo is fitted with it i would run it.

Many people use Garrett T turbos (T3's, T34's and T4's) very hard without water cooling, if you don't run water through it, always let it idle a little while before shutting off the engine.
I've not been using water through my T3, with NO problems.
Won't be running water through the T34 i'm putting on next week either (.48 about 350hp hopefully).
So the choice is yours, either way works.

Never ran water through any of my T series Turbos and they've been fine all but one, BUT that had 34psi up it's ass

A nice 32 psi peak on a T34.48 live mapped is a cracking car imho...

Ive had 360bhp on a T34.48 and 2 bar but it is rite on the edge at that, i did blow a turbo after a few thousand miles so now just run 1.8 bar and get about 330bhp which seems to be fine.
