Are they connected in some way?

The climate control has stopped working altogether along with my brake lights,i played about with the fuses and they both came to life again earlier but both have stopped again now.

Also drivers side tail light has gone out,checked and replaced the bulb still nothing.

All seems a bit odd,can't see anything anywhere about them being connected though.
