Default improving a duratec ka van

I'm getting a duratec ka van in a few months and im fitting the sport ka 1.6 engine, what else would make the car handle and brake better any suggestions or links, Ta muchly.

Its up to you really, but big bigger brakes are definately recomended if your putting a more powerful engine in, how big are the wheels does it have? If you have 15s then cosworth brakes have been fitted to most fords at some point so they can probably be made to fit, doesn't the sport car have a bigger anti roll bar? Might be worth fitting that to help deal with body roll.

I have no idea what wheels im putting on it yet but i already have a 300mm brake setup to go on, ideally 15s really.
