I still remember few years ago we had 2 for sale in my city. They were there for quite some time and believe it or not, price was about 75'000£... Now they are gone and trying to find one under 100k£ is impossible. I hate people buying these rare cars and selling them at higher price just to make benefits. Then the market is fucked up and only the JAPs buy the cars at these stupid prices...
But with the Quattro Sport, price for the body parts are just crazy. Some customers used to drive them where I live and had few accidents (way before I was able to drive a car of course, this is all what was told to me by my boss who had customers with Sport Quattros in his garage), and when the insurance got the prices for the parts to change (thousands of £££ for single body parts), they were coming to the garage everytime to see if this was not a joke !

You can blag a ride for me Andy, i would love one of them. Have been in one tuned to 680bhp the fastest acclerating car ive been in .

Yes you better get it tuned because standard is not so fast. And remember it has very soft suspension from stock and 15" wheels with special TRX tyres so really if you get one, get it slightly upgraded !

Would be interested to see what the milage is.
Looks like the late Tom Hammonds old car (I am sure there could not be two green short sports in the UK) he was a quattro fanatic and did over 100k miles in it, if it is the same car, at some point dialynx owned and restored it.
Tom had a second ex-works sport with full pikes peak body work and a 680bhp lehman engine.

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
ive never seen the swb road going version before, we used to look after a normal quattro, 2.2 turbo, looked ok, but was really disapointted in the performance, and always thought it weighed like a tank

still cool as feck though, original UR's are a wise investment when i was at uni my flatmates dad was well into them had a few, used to fetch around 4=5k for a good un (12 years ago) now they are worth triple that and only going up......
the sport ones are super special even if it is a rubbish colour!
