PMSL @ Dave.

I think Gavin from the Norfolk group had a similar thing on his Escort Cossie a few years back.

He ended up replacing the whole fusebox..........

Yes, but the numbers are printed UNDER the relays.

8 and 9 are next to each other..

Dave, check there is a good 12v on fuse 25 (switch on ignition). Make sure you have 12v going into the fuse and 12v out of the fuse...

This will narrow a few things down....

Right, bottom of the fuse box there is a shat load of plugs. One should be labeled up as M3. This is the engine compartment loom. Within that plug there may be a 6 way section hopefully labeled M3BA. If it isn't labelled then there is a 4 way section at each end of the whole plug, one with big terminals and one with small. The 4 way with small terminals has plug M3BA next to it. There is 1 free space in that 4 way plug and next to that free space in the 6 way plug (M3BA) is your Management live feed output from the fuse box (should be black/red). Obviously this should be a good 12v when the ignition is on and 0v when ignition off.

Also, there should be a wire linking 2 pins together. One pin which is in the middle of that M3BA 6 way plug and joins to one of the pins on the larger 4 way section (M3BB). It should be a red wire.

That should also have 12v on both pins. This wire is the MAIN feed to the fuel pump relay and ECU relay and should be live all the time

Then the pin between the one for main ECU feed and this link on M3BA 6 way should also have 12v on it. It should be a black wire.

Final thing I can see is the ignition feed to switch on the ECU relay. This is on the NEXT 6 way plug section which is basically in the middle (M3A) of the whole plug. It should be a black wire and is in the same position as the ECU feed was (in the corner of the housing) in the first 6 way plug. That should be a 12v ignition feed.
