Default Is a garrett t28 turbo good for my 2.0 zetec build ?

Ok guys
Today I got a garrett t28 turbo from a Nissan 200 sx.
A/r 60 m24 is stamped on the housing.
Looks like a beast compared to my t3 I have currently.
Is this ok for my 2.0 blacktop zetec turbo build ?
I appreciate it might be too big to fit behind the rad so I'll do a over the gearbox manifold conversion.

Any advice appreciated as always fellas

I wanted to get 300 bhp from my zetec turbo.
Could I maybe squeeze that out of this turbo ?

300bhp, perhaps a cossie 4wd turbo with 360 degree thrust bearing.
other than that, try a gt28 turbo.

Can I do anything to this t28 to enable me to get 300 bhp ?
I've bought it for a good price so don't mind modding it if possible.

I thought the standard T28 from the S15 Nissan was capable of over 300bhp?

Cheers,

as said a bigger turbine from the pulsar you clear 300bhp with quick spool up
i've only seen 280 bhp from a 200sx but some do say 300 bhp is posible ,it may be but a pulsar will piss it which is what you want to start with

It's from a s13 if that makes any difference

So I'm assuming it's better than my stage 2 t3 ?
Nobody seems to have commented on that question

take the compressor housing off and measure the wheel diameter.

Ill try and find u a little more info.
Uk spec S13`s with a CA engine come with a T25 like u say it could have been upgraded or if off a import with a SR engine then it could be a T28

Your right wilky.
I spoke to my mate and he said he got it off a s14.
Does that make much difference ?

yes its got a smaller exhaust housing and tubine than a pulsar t28, easily sorted though you could go for a .86 housing and pulsar turbine, or machine the pulsar turbine into the .64 housing you have
