Hi mate, i built the car about 3 or 4 years ago and the sold it to a guy from Birmingham i think..
From what i remember it had
Ford Racing suspension
Polly bushed
Mondeo v6 breaks i think
Gearbox was a fiesta mk4 diesel courier van gearbox
AP 4 paddle clutch
Engine was built with skimmed pistons and a de comp plate running 10 psi wwhen i had it
It had escort cozzy wheels when i sold it and a 2wd intercooler above the bumper where the grill is, but to fit it in i had to cut down the brackets for the lights which made them bounce a bit, looked like that had been changed tho when i looked at it on ebay. If you need to know anything else il try and help but it was about 4 years ago when i did it. Adz.

Fantastic info mate thanks, pretty much all I know is that it was 211bhp@10psi, but its now at 6 psi because the fuel bill was killing him doing 300 miles/week to work.
Any of this look familiar?

Pretty much the same mate yeh, i cut and re directed the crossover pipe, had a painted rockercover and a black fiesta turbo inlet on it n a bailey breather tank, everything else looks the same. the turbo i put on it was one of the cheap ebay turbos but was brand new and quite big. Driveshafts i used were the short standard zetec s driveshaft and a long driveshaft from a mk 5/6 escort i think it was as the long zs one was a 2 piece shaft, just incase you need to kno.

Ah spot on thanks, any information is greatfully received as like I say I have little information about it. I wouldn't say it's running a paddle clutch anymore as it's far too light for that. It needs a starter too so the gearbox you've mentioned is helpful.
Intercooler is now at the bottom of the bumper with twin fans up top, running efi ofab management, and what looks like a garrett watercooled t3.
If you find any photos of your build I would be very interested to see!

yeh if i find any of the pics il post them on here, the paddle clutch never did feel like a paddle clutch really with it being a hydroylic one. that was one of the reasons the diesel courier box was used and also because of the mount on the top of the box fit the cars mount. Adz
