I just went ot Keswick From the northeast 4 up for a day at decent pace overtaking stuff and a trip over honister pass and averaged 46.4 according to the trip which from experience is usually pesimistic.

I got 160 miles to £30 yesterday driving to Warwick and back, I wasn't hanging about so thought that was quite good

i got between 26-28 mpg on way to donnie in my cossie and i had plenty of 130mph+ moments

surely the only way to accurately work out your mpg is to fill up, reset trip meter, drive it, then fill up again?

Then you will know exactly how much fuel you have used to how many miles done as it will tell you what you have put in on the pump?

People saying i used £xx to xx miles really mean i used about £xx
